			  REVOLT OF ALPUJARRAS.

BACKGROUNDS.
The War of Alpujarras was the consequence of broking the Capitulation of Granada (1492), the false conquer of the Moorish and the problems of living between Spanish and them caused the start of the revolt the Christmas' night of 1568. The king Philip II send two big armies to Granada, the first, ruled by Marquiss of Mondejar that had to conquer the revolt lands of Granada and Malaga, and them other, ruled by the Marquiss of Velez that had to conquer the lands of Almeria, Guadix and Baza. 
The leader of Moorish, Aben Humeya, was assasinaited by their men, and his cousin Aben Aboo substituted him in the rule. He continued the war until 1571 when the last Moorish ruler died in the Alpujarras.
From this moment the war finished and started the deportation of Moorish families to Castile, Andalusia and Extremadura, where most of them died.
This deporation was the first step to the general expulsion of Moorish to Africa in 1609.

NATIONS.
* Spanish, it's the easier one, you have best army than Moorish but it's more expensive. You received a lot of helps from Andalusia, Castile and Murcia or Valencia. Be carefull with the coast there are a lot of Turkish and Berber lands.
* Moorish, it's almost imposible (if somebody win with this nation, please send me the file), your armies is less powerful than spanish but it's cheaper and you have a lot of helps from African and Turkish Muslims, your principal objectives are the cities of Granada, Almera, Mlaga and could be Lorca, Guadix and Baza. If you can conquer some of these cities the muslims of Andalusia and Valencia could start their own revolts and will send you some new troops.

INSTALLATION.

YOU NEED THE FANTASTIC WORLDS CD TO PLAY!!.
Make a directory called Ww1 in your \civ2\scenario\ directory 
and unzip all files. Now you can play it.

CHANGES.

CITIES.GIF
I've changed a few the Mexican style of Capitan Nemo to be more similar to the style of Granada, the towns of this kingdom was a beautiful mix between Spanish, Muslim and Colonial arts.
Too I've created a new flag for the Muslim, I think that always use the Turkish it isn't very correct.

ICONS.GIF
I've taken a lot of icons from the scenario and the background motif for the pop-up boxes is taken from "THE CRIMSON MANUSCRIPT -- WAR IN GRANADA" by Jess Balsinde. The other wonder icons are mine.

TERRAIN.GIF
I've created the icons of Albufera (a style of swamp),flamingo, salt and marble, and I've taken the wonderful Oak icon of the scenario "The Far North" by Alex The Magnificient and the vega icon of Michael Daumen from the scenario "War of Granada".

It's the port of Almera in the XV and XVI centuries.

Most of units are mine or that I have changed something and have
my initials ( JMF ), please use them but dont erase my inicials.
